Data for programs and AI agents
Every record here has a stable id and a JSON-LD document at a fixed address. Everything is CC0. Please cache; there are no rate limits on static files, but be gentle.

Ids
Ids look like qipu:sf/org/o00005, qipu:sf/project/p00012, qipu:sf/law/l00003 or a place id of the release. They are minted once and kept: a record that is merged or split keeps its old id as an alias. The URI form is https://data.qipu.org/sf/….
How sure
Each decision link says how it was made: read from the printed page by a model, matched by a rule (the name in the summary), or reviewed by a person. Wikidata links carry qipu:sameAsReviewed: false means the link was made by matching the name and nobody has checked it by hand yet. Counts are Board decisions, one per printed item. Money amounts are not summed: the same payment is often printed more than once.
Privacy
Private people never get a page here, and their names are left out of summaries. Supervisors and other public officials are named.
